From Birmingham:

Take Exit 115 (Jaybird Road).  At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Allison-Bonnett Memorial Parkway.  Go to third red light and turn right onto Pleasant Grove Road.  Go several miles until you get to 4th Street.  Turn left onto 4th Street and stay on that road until you come to the Pleasant Grove Athletic Complex on the left.

From Tuscaloosa:

Take Exit 115 (Jaybird Road).  At end of exit ramp, turn left and go to red light.  At red light turn left onto Allison-Bonnett Memorial Parkway.  Go to second red light and turn right onto Pleasant Grove Road.  Go several miles until you get to 4th Street..  Turn left onto 4th Street and stay on that road until you come to the Pleasant Grove Athletic Complex on the left.
